Born Angelo Damon Lacey Producer/Recording Artist "Druex Kaine" hails from the small city of Alabaster, a suburban area south of Birmingham, AL. Being raised in the south and on southern hip hop, Druex Kaine credits many of his musical influences on the church, 90's Houston and 90's Atlanta music era. Druex credits artists such as UGK, Scarface, Blac Monks, Too Short, Outkast, Nas and Jay Z as his biggest musical infulences  to why most of his music is heavy sounding with organs, trap snares, and 808's. The love for the sound of music began at the tender age of 12 when he began to play the drums for his local church assembly.
